We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support daily business operations in a fully remote environment.
## Position Summary
The Virtual Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to management and team members while ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote setting, enjoys multitasking, and possesses strong organizational and communication skills.
## Key Responsibilities
* Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
* Respond to emails and business correspondence professionally.
* Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and documents.
* Maintain organized digital files and records.
* Conduct online research and compile information as requested.
* Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and special projects.
* Assist with data entry and record management tasks.
* Monitor and respond to customer and client inquiries.
* Support management with various administrative duties.
* Perform other tasks as assigned.
## Qualifications
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
* Previous administrative, customer service, or virtual assistant experience preferred.
* U.S citizen or resident.
* Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
* Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
