Job Summary (List Format):


- Support the US Luxe DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) business by optimizing the site experience across multiple brands.
- Ensure legal compliance of websites by monitoring new rules and regulations opening tickets and updating legal copy as needed.
- Manage and update evergreen auto-replenishment subscription programs across 8 brands.
- Monitor monthly customer feedback to develop and implement action plans that resolve site issues and improve customer satisfaction and sales.
- Project manage the site feature roadmap by collaborating with CDMO partners enabling key features (e.g. cart checkout) across brands.
- Perform merchandising tasks within Salesforce Commerce Cloud to support site enhancements and feature adoption.
